Whoa!!! Never again.

It was a test-run in picking out a provider and that I haven't had such bad support. After I put my order I obtained a contact confirming my purchase... Excellent I'll have my equipment in 5 to 9 times. (Our charge card continues to be billed also.) 9 times pass and that I haven't gotten my purchase. I ought to have named subsequently but made a decision to delay several more times since it was within the vacations and that I thought that delivery might be running slow. After I didn’t have my purchase 15 times after I put the purchase I called the shop. I had been placed on store to get a truly very long time and needed to hang-up and call-back. After I did ultimately speak with somebody I had been informed that my order was on back-order. Why was I never informed it had been on back-order? After I requested, I had been knowledgeable they delivered me a mail concerning the back-ordered product. I re checked my emails, mailbox, garbage and junk... Nothing. As well as the product was never outlined on the site as backordered. After I mentioned how dissatisfied I had been within their customer support, I had been not really provided a "sorry" but instead was informed again, they DID actually mail me. I had been subsequently informed that I'd the choice of picking out a distinct product in the place of the main one on backorder, to that we approved. They did convey ship the order since I obtained it the next DAY-BUT it had been PER MONTH after I put the purchase. Ordered=12/26 Received= 1/25.

This isn't appropriate to get a provider (or store). This saddens me since I needed to provide my company to some nearby organization however now I'll be searching elsewhere for my own and professional coffee requirements.
