Beware people. This company prebills for their service (which means that they make you prepay them). When you dont prepay them then they charge you a late fee. For example: a bill is generated 11/17 with service covering 10/27 - 11/26. The bill is due upon receipt (meaning the day the bill is generated). On 10/24 a late fee of $7.00 is generated. Wow. So I am charged a late fee for a service I have not even received yet.in fact, the fee is generated 3 days before the service will commence.
