I have tried to contact Trellian to clarify the following issue with them before posting it here but they didn't seem to care so they left no option on me.
Either they (Trellian) or one of there affiliate/reseller contacted us (GSA) to get a free version of our website submission software as they said the demo version wasn't enough to fully review it (number of submission sites are limited in our demo version). As we denied this since we think the demo version is enough to test things out, he used another email to contact us.
Here is what he wrote:
You really should have helped me out. But since you didn't i disassembled your program and got the code i needed to generate a valid name and serial number.
