I purchased chiro 8000 version 12 in October. Since last week getting error messagaes every minute that the program is opened and I lost the capabilities to use the icons. I called the company and tried to talk to a person in the tech department but get hanged up because I don't have the paid tech support. I finally spoke to someone in the customer service center and she told me that the only option is to purchase version 13. I only had this software for 6 months and now I would have to pay for another software. If I knew that the version 12 was going to be released in December and the version 12 would no longer be updated I would have never purchased version 12.
