Agksoft, Tony told me that the software would be easy to use and is the best in the industry, He explained how I can try the demo version and would not be charged for the gas station software if I didn't like it. Tony requested me to sign a non-refundable statement before he shipped out the demo, I asked why do you need my credit card and need me to sign this form and he said the statement would not be valid until I received the real version. Now it's to late I am stuck with his demo software and a scanner that doesn't power on. And $4550 dollars charged on my american express. Dont even think twice when dealing with agksoft their business practices are shady, I tried to get in touch with the people who gave him good reviews and it turns out that they are from his friends and his own company. I noticed that agksoft states that a few people that gave him negative reviews where never his customers, and i'm sure he'll say the same about me, but I can prove that I am real and got ripped off my agksoft, if anyone needs more info you can email me at nazauto at gmail.com.
