I cancelled my account with msn on the 14 of November still it is in my system 3 faxes sent, and 1 phone call have confirmation # Oregon

I cancelled my account with msn. On the 14 of November, they will not cancel the account so I can get it out of my system. Keep getting junk mail. Called 4 times. Called once. Have confirmation # but no action.
