After receiving my credit card account, I looked up the information. I had "cancelled the account in a phone call about a week after applying to the account that was supposed to send me websites for scholarships. Today, Sept. 8, I called number. The voice system said to call back during the week, mountain time. And to use Easy Help Center.com. I submitted the information to cancel the account... Three times I submitted and it did not go through. I have checked my email and there is not confirmation of cancellation. I want to cancel and get out of this mess.
