National Business Services, Mr. Steven Schwab, Protakeoff ripoff no payment made for our bills, dishonest, false promises

Hi,

We are India based IT consuling company and executed several CAD Conversion projects for IL based National Business Services. The main contact person was Vice President, Mr. Steven Schwab.

Initially he released payment for initial bill within 30 days. But later on he went on delaying the payment saying he has not received from his clients. After doing lot of work for them and trusting his promises of releasing payment soon, after some months he replied that he is penniless and out of business.

We have almost US $5400.00 pending with them.

How shall we get our pending money?
