The President of this company Carl A. Adams, ordered corporate intranet design and after being provided it said that it was project in case if his client pays for that. So he would pay me only in case of he gets money for the site. He never paid me in full, saying that he was still waiting this payment.
Or another project - I was ordered by the same person to create online tutiorial for his clients with adminsitrator privileges to create tutorials, change text, number of slides, images, give new users access to the PAID tutorial, connect the tutorial to his creadit card processing company. This tutorial costs in range $10 000 - 15 000 on the market.
Carl A. Adams paid me only $400 saying that he ordered just to connect this tutorial to his credit card processing company and didn't know that it was so expensive, while I told him before that online tutorial creation will be the seprate cost since it just can't be done for $400.
