Failed to provide access information for a tutorial program that I paid fo

I subscribed to a tutorial program with 6 or 7 bonus packages on Adobe photoshop. The marketing material included nurmous testimonials that were supporsely received from clients. The cost of the program was 97.00
which I paid by credit card. I was asked to provide a user name and password which I received a conformation on. But nowhere can I find how to access the program. They offer many websites for various information
but they all take you back to the marketing page. And there is no means of contactingh the company.
