I began "negotiations" (I use the word negotiations because that what it has become with this company) to discontinue my service in September. They sent me instructions for disconnecting. I complied. Still they billed me. When I called them in November they said that I failed to enter correct information on the disconnect process form. I asked, "why wasn't I informed of that?" They gave no answer. I gave them the correct information. THEN they tried very hard with offers to keep me. They put me on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up. I called back and was quite irate and demanded a resolution. The woman said, "your subscription has been terminated." BUT today, December 21, I have received my credit card statement and there is an AOL charge on it. I am furious with this company!
