Requested a set of prescription spectacles from http://www.eyebuydirect.com to get a cost of $128.5 that was compensated combined with the purchase posted via charge card deal on December 1,2010. According to the state about the merchant’s site, http://www.eyebuydirect.com, it had been marketed to become shipped within 14 business days.
I sent a standing follow up on 12/9/2010 to which I received a response signed by ‘Gen’ which re-affirmed that order will be delivered within 14 business days.
On 12/17/2010, I delivered another follow up mail that was responded by ‘Gen’ on a single evening declaring that my purchase is likely to be shipped no later than 12/20/2010
I obtained a contact on 12/21/2010,15 business days next my purchase was posted along with a time later compared to guaranteed day, declaring that my purchase is delivered.
I sent an enquiry on 12/21 seeking USPS tracking number. Our enquiry was answered by ‘Abby’ on 12/27 supplying the USPS tracking number, 9101969010386682163195. That following number ended up to be always a phony having a day of cargo demand of 12/9/2010. This really is a clear situation of deceptive and laying.
I called the client support, 301.760.7870, and talked to ‘Ann’ on 12/28/2010,10:41 AM Central. She re-mentioned exactly the same tracking number. I tried explaining to her the following number she was providing me is unacceptable but she yelled over my speech. I required the reimbursement which she declined to entertain until I return the merchandise.
I restate that I've not obtained the set of prescription spectacles I requested.
