Over charge and horrible customer service

Bought television and web through ATT. Needed to consider immediate television since u verse wasn't in my own region, that was good. Sean the salesperson explained easily purchased the NBA bundle I'd obtain free HD for a lifetime which is really a additional $10.00 per month. Every statement I've obtained has already established the $10.00 fee.

I also purchased web from ATT that we was informed by Sean could be $9.95 simply because they didn't have highspeed net in my own region. Our first statement was $47.00 and so I named Sean and he explained it was regular that I'd not be charged for future weeks. The following month was charged $29.95. Same task he explained that it'd be the final cost. Next statement arrived in $29.95. I've not and certainly will not spend this statement.

I've talked to 6 sales agents and four supervisors and not one of them may repair these over-charges by ATT. I had been also informed I had been likely to obtain a $40.00 credit in one of the supervisors two-month before but still haven't acquired it. If you should be considering choosing ATT provide it another thought.
