Purchase a laptop for my grandaughter for college in Jan. Of 2010. After returning item for repair twice and upon technical download instructions it still does not work. As HP products have gone downhill in the last couple of years I requested a refund. It is still under a one year warranty and they refuse to refund me. I am a 65 year old widow and cannot afford to buy her another one.
