I bought ParetoLogic PC Health Advisor understanding that its price was USD29.95 and that there was a special rebate expiring December 26, yesterday, when I ordered it, pricing the software at USD9.95. To my surprise, I found a charge for USD 39.95
Three questions:
1. I did not orderd XoftSpySE, yet it was included in the purchase and billed. I want a refund for that product.
2. How do I get the rebates on the product?
3. I tried to creat a new account for Safecart but the new-login did not work. I want to turn off the automatic renewal service. What do I do?
