I have owned a Lenovo G570 laptop for 4 months when one of the LCD screen hinges broke. I sent it in for warranty repair (as the laptop has a 1 year warranty) and they claim it is a user induced problem and want to charge me $200 to repair it. The laptop only received normal use and was never abused or dropped. Lenovo doe not stand behind their products and the warranty is a scam. Avoid Lenovo products!
