In July I signed up for netzero services. 3 weeks later my current provider informed me that I had a 3 year contract with them so, I called netzero back and they said that it was alright and they would cancel it and credit me back the money and the service would continue for another 30 days for no charge...
After 6 months they are still billing me for their services. I've called and called to get this settled and would like my credit card credited for the months I've been charged.
