Big Rip-Off!

I signed up for NetZero, but found they had no local access numbers. Tried to cancel immediately, but got a big runaround. Left messages on their answering machine; contacted operators to verify the cancellation.

Never used their service one time, and yet they billed my credit card monthly for several months. Each & every month I had to call to tell them I should not pay when I was not able to use their service, never had used their service, and NEVER would in the future!

Each time they gave lame excuses as to why they kept billing me. They would promise to credit my account; then, a few days later after my call, when I thought everything was straightened out, they would bill my credit card again. Talk about frustrating!!!

Finally—after my calling them for months about the problem, they stopped billing me, and credited my account, but not for the full amount. I let them keep that money. Didn't want to continue having to call them about it again & again. The hassles were not worth it.

NetZero has the worst customer service of any ISP I have ever used. PUBLIC BEWARE!!! Once they have your credit card no., you're at their mercy.
