I cancelled netzero in august as I got dsl through my phone company.netzero refuses to give me credit & keeps constantly billing me for the past 2 months. My bank tells me I must get a new credit card as it will continue & there's no way they see or have to stop someone from electronically billing you. They will continue to do so unless YOU make the change. AOL is also another dial-up which is very bad, you cannot get rid of them, therefore, the same thing has to be done to have them stop billing, especially for services that neither I've had used over the past 2 months.
I certainly hope that a DSL service isn't the same way but at least I can contact my phone company or just not pay my bill which is worse because then, I won't have phone service.
