I signed up for rogers wireless, I bought the stick outright and called, they couldn't cancel so I called again, they told me I had to go to Wal-mart to cancel. So I went to Walmart and the guy spent close to 2 hours talking on the phone to cancel.

I got another bill, they said it was for the time used, I used less than 1MB of data to test it and less than 20 minutes on the device, they charged me the full $32. I got rid of the device because it did not work as well as the internet I already had, I was currently using bell wi-max and the speed was advertised to be half the speed of the rogers rocket stick. The rocket stick got no where near the speed requested and was extremely laggy where I to the point that there was no use in using it.

They gave me back the prepayment but they still charged me for trying out there new service and they gave me a hard time doing it. Why would I spend close to 6 hours talking to people at Walmart and Rogers to cancel something that is total bs.

Basically I was told that I would not be charged if I canceled by the 10th, I canceled the 10th and they charged me anyways.
