I bought a notebook online on 25 Nov from egloballwireless.com. And it arrived on 28. When I opened the package I noticed it is of a very cheap quality like a toy for children and then I tried to turn it on with no luck. There was no reciept / invoice in the package and I called the compnay several times but nobody answered. I sent them an email and they told me to take an online tiecket for the return on their website. Once I tried it I noticed they wanted to take off 25% for the restocking fee. Why do they need to re-sell an item that is not working at all? I did not agree to their terms and that means I wont get a returning authorization!!! Somebody has to stop them they are ripping off people. This is not an honest business at all.
