I received two 7' notebooks on Dec, 10, Iwanted to make sure everything worked before wrapping them and putting them under the tree for my children. These notebooks can not do what was stated.
Contacted a computer store, and the gentleman laughed. The skype app is uselss, there is no camera that can be used on this thing, The youtube app is useless, Youtube stopped this app quite a while ago. No videos or movies canplay, because there is no flash player, and a flash player can not be downloaded for wince (operating system), and/or IE6, and/or storage space. No camerascan be used because of no driver can be installed. Most websites can not play becausethere is no reader and flash player, and one can not be downloaded. IE6 can not be upgraded. Computer specialist said wince was made for small devices like phones not a notebook.
I was able to access email, Most web sites will not load. Microsoft word does not work proper becauseram is too small for program. I am unable to get ahold of eglobal, I have tried for eight days, I will not agree on the web site to the 25% restocking fee.
As soon as Christmas passes, I will check into filing a claim with small claims court.in today's times, how does a company like this get away with thislegally? My children on going to be so dissapointed Christmas morning, but I know they will understand, Mom tried.
