On November 7 I was working checking my e-mail when all of a sudden a window popped up and informed me i have a Trojan virus, and that 38 files are affected I tried to exit and could not, i shutoff the computer and turned it back on same massage showed up i was forced to purchase there program, my computer was then restored. The next day i turned on my computer and it crashed. I am now using a old computer to file this report, i do not have the money at this time to repair my laptop. I feel that i have been ripped off and this is another SCAM beware.
