BAKU On 13th November I was on my computer and all of a sudden a security tool came up and said that I had some virus on my computer so I bought it via my credit card

One day I was on my Computer, all of a sudden a security tool pop up and said that I had some virus. So I had to buy the product on 13th November from REALGOLDSOFT and I cancelled it a few weeks ago and I have not still recevied a answer from them.in to days post I got mt visa statement through and they have taken the money on my card.
