A couple of weeks ago I was working on my home computer when a window popped up saying I had a trojan virus on my computer and would lose all information if I did not buy this new software called "Security Tool". I purchased the software for $49.99 and after I purchased it, it ran a scan and the viruses were supposedly gone.
The next day when I turned on my computer as soon as windows booted up a window popped up saying I had 32 different viruses and worms on my computer. I tried running the "Security Tool" but it wouldn't work. So now my computer is locked down and I cannot use it.
After using my laptop to check my credit card statement I see that they RealGoldSoft Baku has charged me $99.80 instead of just $49.99.
I just want to say this company is a fraud. I cannot find any numbers to call and talk to them about a refund. People please to not fall for the same mistake I did. We need justice for these scams people are pulling.
