I bought a Syma 9086 RC chopper from Xheli.com very first time out fo the container the system did not function; approached assistance and waited 3 times to listen to back. Talked online having a technology repetition and was informed that since the device was one day out-of warrranty there is nothing they might do. Despite the fact that I confirmed them that I'd approached them prior to the guarantee was up but did not obtain a response. Bad customer support; obviously not worried about service or repeat clients. I'll visit Bananna Interest. Do not buy-here itis not worth it.
