I needed a brand new heat/AC support and that I approached them 4 occasions and was placed on store, or disconnected, when I acquired through I had been informed a Repetition would contact me. While he ultimately does, after 5-6 times I still do not have a cost for this device. I'm amazed they behave like they do not require the company. I approached another organization plus they were a lot more skilled and that I obtained support 24 hours later. I'm disappointed in Roland J. Down's customer support. I actually donot understand what occurred for them when I had completed company together many years before plus they were proficient at that point.
