Once this company has your money, they are not interested in making your order right. They do not answer phone calls, emails or live chat...
I ordered $300 from these guys, when some of the items weren't correct, I sent them an email to receive a "return authorization number", for which I'm supposed to pay to send the items back to them, and never received an answer from them. No matter what I try these guys ignore me... If I were to place a new order I guarantee that I would receive a response in regards to this order within 1 min... Especially if I were to want to add on to that order. Their customer service SUCKS! I would stay away from this "street -like" vendor and all affiliated vendors. They go by many names... Usually a yahoo store. Xheli, Hobbypartz, NitroRCX, and many more. Watch out!
