New service

I positioned and purchase for dsl service on 10-26. They've been out below three times, various nights, and also have not got the support up yet. Currently nowadays, 11-14, I then found out from the technology they never connected my support in the principal office. I'm self employed plus they have charge me cash and period for 3 times today and certainly will yet another evening when they have it right.

I keep having the run-around about them it and need to create another visit in 3 more times. There support individuals do not attempt to solve the problem in a reasonable fashion. Exactly why is our government helping a poor support? They must be paying me for my period. Dale Medlin
