Power Reconnect

Support was disconnected for nonpayment. I paid $413.00 to reconnect support at 5:39 P.M. I had been informed that and purchase have been positioned to displace energy. I named five times between 6:00 P.M. And 6:00 A.M. Every single moment I had been educated an order have been positioned for repair. I questioned every individual I talked to if people labored after 5:00. All of them explained teams were operating and an order have been put.

I get that it had been my problem for lacking the cash to pay for. I get that it's my problem. But why did no body tell me the reality? We've a turbine we went many times, although not enough to maintain my food from ruining. Today I actually donot have cash to pay for FPL, and that I have to purchase food and that I still do not have energy. Why could not anybody tell me the reality?

My husband required the 7th period this morning and talked to somebody and he advised him that the order hadn't been released to reconnect until 6:00 A.M. Today. All 5 persons informed us the purchase have been positioned last nigth for reconnect and teams did work on night.

I had a need to operate my turbine last night and that I might have if we'd recognized there could be no energy through the night. It is 9:00 A.M. The next evening and that I still am without energy.
