Signed up with Verizon cell phone services in Dec and internet service in May with signed up contract for a 2 year service. Serving my summer residence and the winter residence in Webster, Florida was fine in May. When returning to my winter residence in Florida, I find I no longer have service in my home with Verizon. I will honor my 2 year contract but they did not honor the contract they served me. They admitted that they had made changes. I provide emergency service to the company that I am part owner of and feel that this situation leads me to a lawsuit possibility. There is no immediate fix in the near future according to Shane who is the Verizon representative and he indicated I am not the first person to complain.
