I ordered jewelry online from a company called GemsandBeauty. Put it on my credit card. I never got the merchandise, but they stalled long enough that I was past the time limit to get it removed from my CC.
After that I wrote them at every email address I had for them... But they stopped answering. Then their site disappeared, so I figured they went out of business and just simply ripped me.
Recently I found their website back online again. Same merchandise and contact emails. No address or phone numbers listed at their site. I emailed them, but have not received a reply, not that I expected one.
I don't care about getting my money back at this point. I don't even have the paperwork or emails anymore because I gave it up after their site disappeared. But I do want to post this company's name everywhere so I can to alert other consumers that they are a ripoff vendor.
