I placed an order for 1 pair of boots in late November. It is now almost Christmas and I have not received my order. I checked my credit card statement and the amount has been charged.
When I first called, there is a voicemail that states that they will not be returning any calls so not to leave a message but you can write them an email and they will respond to it within 24 hours. They did not respond to my emails in 24 hours and the only email I received said they were looking into it this past week and that it would ship ASAP.
I requested a tracking number and the exact date it shipped out which was never emailed to me. I have written another email since then with no reply. After looking the company up online, I saw numerous situations posted online that were very similar to mine. I get the feeling that the merchandise will never arrive; other people saw the same result.
I strongly advise you not to shop on this site. I thought that it would be a trustworthy site since it appeared on Yahoo! But believe me, it is not worth the aggravation. It's been nearly a month and I have practically heard nothing from this company. I find it to be very bad business when you cannot even speak to a representative but need to write an email instead. Please do not shop here.
