On 3/29 I palced an order online from www.official-tv-online.net in the amount of $25.94. I paid with a credit card, and my funds were taken immediately from that credit card.
However, as of today, 6/17, I have not recieved my product. That is about 11 weeks. I sent them an online inquiry back on 5/11 as to the status of my order, and on 5/12 I recieved a reply got some bogus answer that they import from Japan and are processing the orders from there, etc. Etc. Etc.
So, I wait until 6/11 and still no product. I attempt to go to the website and it is unavailable. So I do a registry search on the site, and as suspected, it is by proxy with GoDaddy. That means no information without a subpoena. GoDaddy protects scammers and spammers. Avoid GoDaddy registered sites at all cost!
I sent an email inquiry yesterday which brought no response.
To make things worse, I call both phone numbers for this "company", and one just rings and never answers [631-284-3226] and the one for them on my credit card statement [845-661-4231] is not answered buy any person, but just a message, stating that they only respond to emails and the "company" email address is [email protected]! What company uses a Yahoo email address? And, at the above business phone#, you cannot leave a message!
Well, it's not about the money anymore, it's just principle at this point.
Although it is too late for me to do a credit card dispute, I can get contact info on them from my credit card company, so I can sue them.
I just want to rack up legal fees and court costs on them at this point to deter future scams.
