Lousy service

I have had an issue with pixellation of my screen for several weeks now. I have even had a service call for it. The man that came out changed a splitter and said that would fix it. Get real. It did NOT fix the problem because it is still doing it.in trying to speak w / Time Warner about it I was offered a credit to my account beginning today. Well guess what? The problem didn't start today, it started weeks ago. So why am I not getting a credit since that time? Now they tell me it will take 24-48 hours for a supervisor to call me back. And it will be next WEEK before I can get a service call. I'd love to know who the franchising authority is here in Kansas City, Missouri. I would sure love to give them an ear full about Time Warner and their lousy service.
