I have done everything that you told me to do, but still can not use your site

I've completed exactly what you explained to complete to permit cookies but nonetheless keep obtaining the concept that snacks have to be permitted to be able to access it your site. SUPPORT!!! Till many months before I applied your site for delivering cards a great deal but am truly getting ticked at investing in anything I can not access it!!!
