Cancellation does not mean cancellation... To them... Then comes their letter... Watch out

To the internet public and people who would like to know my dealings with justhost.com. I was ripped off for over $400.00 from this company and they have their ways of keeping your money so listen up. If you do not like their service you can supposedly cancel. Well trying to cancel is a lot easier said than done. I made the cancellation and expected a refund. You would think that cancelling means cancelling right? WRONG if you are dealing with justhost.com. They then send you a letter stating that they will give you three months free if you will consider doing this. If you do not read their letter guess what folks, your cancel does not mean cancel in their corrupt world, it means you are still a member until you get hit for more charges the next year. They stole over $400.00 from me and my family, they do not care that your word is your word because then it would not benefit them. They are so hard up they have to use deceptive trade practices in my opinion to survive. Go online and visit justhost.com scam on google.

You will see even more. They love to take your money but they refuse to give it back.internet fraud has to be stopped and the only way to stop it is to quit using them. They are not going to get any better folks.in todays economy I know people are hurting out their but i must tell you that companies like this abound on the internet. They will take your money and they in my opinion do not care if you or your children are starving or if you cant meet your bills. They want your money and they wilol try to think of any way to keep it. When you tell a business tht you want to cancel it means just that. Sending you another letter is just a ploy to keep from paying you your money back. Then this is the clincher they send you a form when you have discovered what they have done sothey will give as in my case $39.00 back but you haveto check a little box saying that you agree that you have been paid in full. DO NOT sign it! It gets them off the hook. They screw you a sceond time. Refusing to sign it then states you still have not completed your cancellation and will not let you cancel. This is blackmail. Cancel means cancel, it does not give them the right to abuse you. Make a stand and refuse to go along with their sceme. It may very well save you the $400.00 that I lost to the scammers.
