I purchased a couple of e-cards @ $2.99 each months ago and I see that my credit card is being charged $2.99 a month. When one calls the number listed, one has no option to speak with an operator. There is no one who can repair the error.
I was able to select "cancel the trial subscription offer", but by the time I saw this over-billing, they had already charged my card for months. So I opted to "cancel my trial subscription" to which I had never really subscribed. I want a refund. I will warn my friends to stay away from Blue Mountain.
