Billing without availability to services

I closed to get a free trial offer with intention of checking to get a year, offered my cc info, they've billed my card and today I've no use of the providers of the cards... They claim I'm not within the program. I can't access them through the 800-number no method to access a real individual the the aid selection reduces you off... No mail contact on the site... They ensure it is difficult to stop account without getting. What is up with this particular organization...
