I had terminated service with Verizon Fios in June. It is now August and I have received two bills both indicating that I am due a credit of 51.56. I have called and been passed around because the number that they give you to call does not connect you to a person who can resolve the issue. The people that I have talked to have been rude and when I ask to have my call escalated they have not complied with my request. I would also like to report them to the communications regulating body for PA but they say they do not know who that is???
