Vip options / lotus interworks lotus interworks first they put these ads on criegs list of theses beautiful homes, have you call vip options, give them $130.00 to find you a place within 3 weeks, and it do not happen!

I saw this ad on creigs list for a beautiful home in Lancaster, Ca. I called the number and gave them a reference number of the listing, they explained how it worked sounded good, but I did tell them more than once that I needed to move by a particular date, they assured me that there would be plenty of time... I gave them my credit card over the phone they charged me $130.00 for VIP (ha) and I went on their web site found some houses and drove around to see them (gas) I came back home went online and put in allllll the ones I wanted, they never responded, I called and THEN they said "oh, we got your request." I thought to myself, Well, "That Didn't Feel Like VIP treatment." But I let it slide cause I just knew I was getting ONE of those houses, I was happy for about a week and a half, Then no phone calls no e-mails, my date was getting closer, I called they gave me some b.S. Now I'm teed OFF! One person telling me one thing someone else telling me another this went on and on till my family and I are F&ing homeless, HOMELESS! I said, how can people do this to other people?! The more I thought about it though the more I played it in my head, THOSE People in them homes were NOT moving any time soon, and one Lady said she never even heard of VIP OPTIONS!!! Go figure!
And the customer service SUCK! They keep you on hold for a loooooonnnngggg time without checking on you, and then they really don't know what to say! I told the "SUPERVISOR" (hum) that he needs to do more training with his agents, and he talked over me too! Lol So I told him I would train him on how to be a SUPERVISOR, I have over 15 years in call centers, and that was NOT one!
