My husband and I bought a RCA HD DLP TV from Wal-Mart on 09/23/08. The bulb blew in February, it is now May 4th. RCA has had my bulb since April 16th at 9:36am. (I had the package tracked). Every time I call about my bulb I am told 7-10 business days. April 30th would have been 10 full business day's. I called Now My Bulb Is On Back Order. And no one knows who long it will take. I could have opted for RCA to hold $400 against my bank account or credit card (I'm glad I didn't do that) but I sent my bulb now I have nothing but my tracking number that I sent something to RCA. All the way around I feel this is stealing and they have all the control. Once RCA was a great American Company. They too have out sourced to some 3rd world country who also laughs at the Americans. RCA should remember we are the people who made them great and this is what we get in return. All I want is my lamp A TV that works, we paid 969.84, I threw away 969.84. Wal-Mart tried to helpful but they don't take back electronics after a period of time. Well look at the complaints it seems 90% of us purchased our Lemons from Wal-Mart. Coincidence I don't think so... Please help me get my bulb.
