Unfortunately, I made the mistake of falling into the iBlue trap. They are a bluetooth marketing company that I am warning you not to ever do business with!
I purchased iBlue LongArm for Windows and it kept on crashing on like 3 different computers, some with Windows XP and others with Windows Vista. Naturally, I went to iBlue for help and after weeks of harassing them with emails, they finally got back to me and told me that I needed to reformat my computer and install a fresh copy of windows. It was not hard to see that this was all just nonsense, in order for them to buy themselves some time. Still, I decided I would reformat my computer just like they asked. What a waste of time!
After weeks of iBlue blaming me and my computer use for this issue which was clearly a problem with their products, I warned them that I would be posting on blogs and forums about the treatment of their customers and how they are selling faulty products.
