I took my computer in to have it checked because it kept crashing. They charged me 130.00 the first time. When I got it back, it still wasn't working so I took it back.
They told me it would be covered under warranty because they guarantee their work. When I called two days later, they charged me again for software updates that I didn't authorize. This cost me another 65.00. They told me there was porn on my computer but it crashed after checking e-mail. They wanted me to bring it in a third time, I don't think so.
