I tried the basic free version of Limewire and decided to purchase the software. As soon as I purchased it the program stopped working. I contacted tech support and they directed me to uninstall and reinstall a few programs on my computer. I followed all instructions and it still did not work. He continued to give me the same advice over and over. My computer starting crashing and I actually needed to go to the Geek Squad to have my computer saftly turned on and disable the program. The program was completly freezing my computer and was unable to even turn it on. I told tech support that I was patient and I tried everything he said and it doesnt work I want my money back. He then ignored me and I messaged him 2 more times and still no response. They have completly stole my money and I am left with a software that is not working and crashing my computer.
