I purchased the software download for SatelliteDirectTV on 05-22 and was unable to register it. I recieved the message "satellitedirect was unable to contact the server, disable firewall and try again" It simply does not work. They list a bogus link to contact them that's invalid. I did finally find a way to contact them repeatedly but can't get a respnse after numerous attempts. I also contacted ClickBank and left a complaint. Supposedly ClickBank does offer a 60 day refund policy. As of 2 days later I still have not hesrd back. I wonder if there's no recourse to online scams?
