I came across a site that promised me access to hundreds of paid surveys for a one time fee of 19.95. Since the site claimed that the payments per survey range from $10-$85, I signed up, and paid with my debit card using clickbank.com.
After my transaction was processed, I received... Absolutely nothing. I got a receipt from clickbank, but NO correspondence from thesurveyzone.com telling me how to start. They gave me a username of "front" and a password "door", and I used it on the Members link. All I received is this message:

There is nothing else on this page to click, and nothing to download. I emailed the link provided and it was immediately bounced back to me with the server message "sender does not have a thesurveyzone.com account". And yes, I used the email I registered with.
So I click on their "live help" link (what a joke) and since it is "currently unavailable" (try NONEXISTENT), I left a livehelp message, again using the same email. It was also bounced back—the address is a nonexistent aol email address.
Finally, I tried to contact them using the contact form provided on their page. When you type in a message and hit "send", you get a "page not found" error message. There is absolutely NO WAY to contact this company. That's when I realized I'd been scammed.
I emailed clickbank.com and explained the situation. I got an email back saying that the amount will be fully refunded to me, and it will take up to 5 business days. So while I got scammed by thesyrveyzone, I have to give props to clickbank, for now. I will update in five days to see if I got a refund.
