ICM is a big scam, I called on the second day and no answer then the following day I called and they put me on hold and hung up. The only reason i wanted to cancell is because the internet wouldnt let me sign in.
Today I just talk to there customer service and she was very nasty and wouldnt let me talk or talk to a manager or give me a refund, but then she said she would give me a refund for the $2.97. If there was nothing done wrong on there part why refund me the $2.97?
Big Scam people, I am telling everyone I know posting it on facebook and calling the local news in the morning and my college news paper. I have called my bank and will be going in tomorrow to fill out paper work. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau within the next few days. I will not stop till I get the refund for the $149.95 and I know it can be done because there rep said they could but she would not.
Please tell everyone not to fall for this SCAM!
