On 6/12 I brought a board kit universal from Callum and Maxey Camping Center. They told me it was the right on asit was Universal and works for all campers. When i got home i looked at it and the old one on the camper, the plugs was not the same so it wouldnt plug in. So the following tueday 6/19 i took it back to them (had to wait a week as that is the only day of work to do it and they are 50mins drive from my home.) They told me i had to buy and other part for it to work (the part the wanted me to buy was inside the camper on the fridge door. The board kit goes outside the camper) I didnt need to replace the fridge board. Their was nothing wrong with that. I asked them how is that going to make it work if the plug is wrong, i still cant plug it in. They tryed telling me i also had to buy some other part for it. I then asked for a refund and i would get someone else to fix it. They wouldnt give me a refund of 178.68. They said they didnt do refunds on eletical sale as people buys the parts puts them in and finds out it wasnt thatwas wrong with it so returns them. I told them i didnt do that as it wouldnt plug in as they gave me the wrong one even if it was universal. They still wouldnt do a refund. I spoke to the manage and he said the some thing. Will not be going back
