Here is my internet speedway experience:
Saw the infomercial and ordered the upgraded kit from "monica" on 11/11. Also paid for the upgraded shipping which quaranteed me this kit in 1-3 business days. Total price billed $374.90.
11/15 no kit, called and spoke to "Monica" again and she said it should be here today or tomorrow.
11/22 Still no kit, called again (Ralph) to find out that i was billed but the order never was sent. I told "Ralph" that I was very unhappy and that since this has not even shipped that i would like to cancel my order and i would like a refund. "Ralph" said he cancelled my order and that my refund would take 2-4 weeks on something i never even recieved!
12/17 Instead of the refund i have been waiting for today i recieved the kit i cancelled on 11/22 I Called internet speedway and was told that i will have to call back on Monday to talk to customer service, right now only sales people are in on the weekend.
I called my credit card company and filed a fraud complaint and will be calling internet speedway first thing on Monday.
